This Messaging Policy describes the MasterVox.ai Owner-Assist SMS program operated by Masters Marketing Agency LLC ("we," "us," or "our"): who receives messages, how recipients opt in and opt out, message frequency, and associated costs.
The MasterVox.ai Owner-Assist SMS program sends text messages to the business owner, operator, or on-call staff of a MasterVox.ai account — at the mobile number that the account owner enters and confirms themselves inside the dashboard. These are operational, business-to-business messages between MasterVox.ai and the account holder who runs the AI agent.
We do not send marketing messages, and the program does not message an account holder's own customers. The only recipient is the account owner's own designated number.
Owner-Assist SMS is an off-by-default, self-service feature configured by the account owner after logging in to the MasterVox.ai dashboard. To opt in, the account owner:
Enabling the toggle and saving a number is the affirmative opt-in. At that point the dashboard displays the following consent notice:
By enabling Owner-Assist SMS and saving a mobile number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from your MasterVox AI agent at that number when the agent needs help answering a caller during a live call. Message frequency varies with call volume. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Because opt-in happens inside an authenticated account by the same person who owns the receiving number, consent is captured directly from the recipient. No third party can enroll a number, and the feature remains off until both the toggle is on and a number is saved.
When the AI agent encounters a question outside its knowledge base during a live call,MasterVox.ai texts the account owner, waits briefly for a one-line reply, and uses that reply to answer the caller. Example messages:
[MasterVox] Call from +18085550123. Caller asks: "Do you clean leather sofas?" Context: 3-seater leather. Reply with the answer in one sentence — your reply goes back to the caller live. (~30s)
[MasterVox] Call from +14155550199. Caller asks: "What's your earliest availability for a 5-bedroom?" Reply with the answer in one sentence — your reply goes back to the caller live. (~30s)
Message frequency varies with call volume. Messages are only sent when the AI agent encounters a question it cannot answer during a live call, so an account owner receives a message only at the moment their agent needs help.
MasterVox.ai does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from the recipient's mobile carrier.
Recipients can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; this removes the number from the program. Recipients can also disable Owner-Assist SMS or remove the number from the dashboard at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Information handling for the MasterVox.ai platform — including SMS — is described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their marketing.
